Job Description:

1.Building ongoing relationships with existing correspondents/associates and agents, identifying and opening up incremental revenue opportunities.

2. Being able to capture feedback and build relationships with correspondents/associates and agents, over the phone and in person, if required.

3. Developing new contacts from within targeted prospects.

4. Managing and updating the correspondents/associates and agents database with profiling data.

5. Managing and updating monetary rates, survey reports and credit ratings etc.

6. Developing and coordinating revenue profile and correspondents/associates and agents documents.

7. Assisting with correspondents/associates and agents reporting – contact reports, status reports, activity reports etc.

8. Ensuring correspondents/associates and agents’ requirements as well as compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the ACE and external regulatory authorities.

9. Read, understand and comply with all provisions of the Relationship Department Manual.

10. Sound knowledge of all aspects of money transfer, currency exchange, general banking, retail operations and credit operations / deposit and lending products / inspection and audit requirements, as applicable.

11. Efficiently refer business opportunities to Relationship Manager and follow up on results.

12. Preparing staff handbooks, notices, letters, Inter-office memos.

13. Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Maintain confidentiality, use sound judgment and perform independently while performing the duties.
Knowledge of understanding the policies and procedures of the Company.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Resistance to stress. Ability to communicate effectively under stress.
Comfortable in advance level use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet for the purpose of communication, report writing and presentation etc.
