Job Description:

  • Supervise & manage sales / business development, product placement, distribution and merchandising at zone level.
  • Manage a portfolio of comprehensive products.
  • Conduct subordinate sales personnel training at zone level.
  • Generate targeted sales revenue in order to successfully increase market shares at zone level.
  • Responsible for strategic consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development at Zonal Level.
  • Control promotion execution at zone level.
  • Work in close coordination with Regional Manager and MDOs/S.Os/T.Ms and A.Ms. Handle former's' / franchisees’ complaints as per defined limits.
  • Advise and supervise Technical Services at zone level.
  • Monitor competitor’s activity and report to Regional Manager.
  • Manage Sales Team’s issues regarding field expenses, salaries, training and vehicles.
  • Ensure sales administration.
  • Lead, guide and implement best sales techniques in order to make the best outcome at zone level.
  • Monitor and control BTL campaigns of MDOs/S.Os/T.Ms and A.Ms.
  • Assess local market conditions, competitive issues and opportunities and prepare recommendations as needed.
