Job Description:


To effectively coordinate and manage Hub Centre and integrated health facilities keeping close liaison with project office.



Staff directly reporting to this post: All staff of the hub including Medical officers, women Medical officers, Medical technicians, Dispensers, EPI technicians, Laboratory technicians, Dental surgeon, Staff Nurses, LHVs, Ward Orderlies, Class IV etc.





ü Being Manager of the respective Health Facility, key areas of accountability are:

o Ensuring the punctuality of all staff

o Ensuring that all the respective staff is performing their functions as per their job description (Job description must be displayed in respective rooms)

o Conducting regularly monthly staff meeting

o Ensuring proper and updated record keeping of all essential logistics especially Medicines and informing respective supervisor well in time in order to avoid shortage

o Conducting regularly monthly meeting with Local Community Health Committee

o Ensuring Regular transmission of monthly Information (HMIS) to Merlin Office

o Submission of Performance Evaluation Report of all the staff to Deputy Technical/ Team Leader

o Ensuring quality of services including proper referral

o Ensuring proper display of essential information at centre on the notice boards

o Ensuring the availability of the Basic Emergency Obstetrics & Neonatal Care services round the clock

o Any other additional responsibility (s) assigned by supervisors

ü Besides performing the duties as mentioned above, Hub in-charge will also carry out the following additional functions:

o Ensuring the service provision 24 Hrs a day.

o Facilitating the staff members working at attached Health Facilities

o Maintenance of authorized vehicle log book & sharing it with the Fleet Officer

o Ensuring the Ambulance in good working condition

o Management of authorized fund & preparing cash reconciliation report

o Ensuring conduction of Regular Monthly Meeting with all the In-charge of BHU’s & CD’s

o Ensuring proper daily data entry and compilation received from all integrated health canters

ü Ensuring liaison with Health Program Office and integrated health facilities.

Job Requirements:

· MBBS, MD with valid PMDC registration

· Overall 03 to 04 years work experience with 02 year relevant work experience.

· Well versed in report writing
