Job Description:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver high quality teaching and activity that meets the needs of different age groups children taking into account as individual learning styles
  • Prepare all the planned activities as per the schedule in advance
  • Ensure child safety during all the activities
  • Ensure Assistant teachers’ role and tasks are clarified by planning cooperatively with them
  • Ensure all the resources are ready and up to date before the start of each session
  • Evaluate Assistant Teachers performance at regular interval and forward the Evaluation form to the senior management every month 
  • Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to help manage children’s performance throughout the activity
  • Ensure that she arrives on time at School and must leave after each and every student leave the premises at the end of the session
  • Complete teaching related administrative tasks to specified standards
  • Actively engage in professional development and performance management to ensure quality and high standards in teaching and learning, and maintain school’s position at the forefront of best teaching practices
  • Contribute to the development of lasting, mutually beneficial relationships by enhancing children’s understanding
  • Support local marketing and promotional strategy, and assist other teachers as a team in delivering excellent teaching and learning opportunities
  • Ensure safeguarding and guidelines are applied and upheld in line with standards and policy for the following areas:
             Child protection
             Equal Opportunity and Diversity
             Health and safety

Job Requirements:

Working Hours and Timings
Monday to Friday from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm
Monthly meeting: First Saturday of the month from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Bachelors degree with at least 2 years teaching experience in Primary classes and Professionally trained to teach and assess children and a reflective practitioner.
