Job Description:

  1. Create company literature and other forms of communication.
  2. Manage and monitor Bank’s internal communication program so that all internal stakeholders are informed of organizational news, issues and direction and have mechanisms for providing feedback to management.
  3. Play a leading role in developing and improving the intranet content and format as a key internal communications tool.
  4. Ensure that the employee engagement channel of the bank has a high impact in terms of keeping staff regularly informed, engaged and inspired.
  5. Measure the effectiveness of internal communications messages and channels on an ongoing basis and make recommendations to review and amend the strategy as appropriate
  6. Copy,edit, proofread, and revise communications.
  7. Design and launch email marketing campaigns.
  8. Recommend, implement and maintain website design and operation.
  9. Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.
  10. Develop marketing communications campaigns.
  11. Create thought leadership materials.
  12. Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.
  13. Research media coverage and industry trends.
  14. Develop fresh story ideas.
  15. Conduct extensive media outreach.
  16. Prepare briefing materials.
  17. Coordinate conference, trade shows, and press interviews.
  18. Manage relations, and build relationships with key industry media.
  19. Develops and implements strategic plans under the umbrella of Corporate Communications to facilitate the achievement of the Bank vision.
  20. Establishes a knowledge management system to facilitate continuity at each level of the Corporate Communications.

  22. Strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper dissemination of the Communication of the bank.
  23. Proactively cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, organization that will promote the work and reputation of the bank.

Job Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of branding principles and tactics through multimedia including the Web
Sound written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.
Sound time management skills to ensure multiple tasks simultaneously are completed within compressed time frames.
Sound active listening skills
Sound Critical thinking skills
Team oriented working skills
Proven ability to design, develop and implement communications programs and supporting tactics
Ability to understand technical and business concepts and express these concepts clearly.
