Job Description:

  • To ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and validity of financial and other data for financial reporting purposes.
  • To ensuring effective controls on procedures at all levels required for all transaction cycles.
  • Will manage EOD (end of day) procedures at HO level.
  • Will manage assets insurance of the bank.
  • Will manage safeguarding all the assets of the company.
  • Will be responsible of reconciliation of tangible assets on a regular basis.
  • To ensure all payments and expenses for HO are booked on timely accurately basis.
  • Will be preparing of the annual budget for operational and capital expenditure for the entire bank and verifying actual expenditure against the budget before booking or making payment.
  • Will prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Half yearly and Yearly accounts as per annual account format. Under take monthly checking of all entire in the financial package and check all vouchers daily.
  • Will mak e grant reports on stipulated formats and look after the reconciliation /closing /settlement as per the terms and condition of the grant agreement and manage all kind of correspondence and copies of all grant related agreement.
  • Review the expenses on a monthly basis of both HO and Branches and investigate the aberrations and identify the reasons of any recurring deviation from the budget and highlight the branches.
  • Assist line manager in annual external/internal and regulators audit and managing all tasks and functions related to the audit.
  • Well-timed prepare and confirm Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Half yearly and Yearly of reconciliations.
  • Ensure submission of all kinds of taxes and returns with relevant Government departments.
  • Correspondence with relevant tax authorities.
  • Ensure timely settlement of disputed ATM/IBFT transactions along with preparation of reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely collection entries and settlement of disputed OMNI transactions with preparations of reconciliations.
