Sales-Retail: General-Other: Sales-Business Development

Job Description:

  • Directs all day to day operations and planning.
  • Provide leadership and enhanced problem solving skills, as well as effectively coach, train and motivate a diverse sales orgnization toward reaching growth objectives.
  • Supervision of Sales managers, Supervisiors and Sales staff.
  • Providing direction for recruiting, training, coaching, motivation, monitoring and scheduling strategies.
  • Leads the development and implementation of a positive winning sales culture.
  • Constantly evaluates, Communicate sales and Operational results, Provide feedback to Sales Managers, Supervisors and Sales Agents.
  • Constantly works with teams to to identify and implement tactices to increase sales performance, including script changes, Call routing changes, Incentive Programs., etc.
  • P&L responsibilty for Department.
  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly progress and report to senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and complaints.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to perform functions of Supervisors, as well as delegating authority to carry out work of the unit to subordinate Supervisors.
  • Ability to write Speeches, Scripts, using origional and innovative techniques or style.

Education and Experience:

Minimum Bachelors Degree with 2-3 Years of experience in Sales Management, as well as 5-6 Years Call Center experience preferred.
