Job Description:

  • Provide on-the job business management trainings and mentorship Community Midwives running MNCH centers.
  • Monitor the Training need assessment of all the CMWs required business skills.
  • Ensure the need for business training and refresh the knowledge and skills.
  • Support the skilled birth attendants in conceptualizing and implementing business development ideas, identifying and resolving relevant business related issues.
  • Ensure the CMW business skills help in enhancing business.
  • Ensure the skilled birth attendants are appropriately counseled, supported and trained on business development and management.
  • Collaborate with district teams to ensure all activities are in sync, and reinforcing each other.
  • Plan monthly meetings with CMWs to enhance networking and mentorship plan for support.
  • Plan visits per month to each clinic to mentor, support, document, and share visit information with the private sector development team in Karachi.
  • Support the implementation of Private Sector Development strategy.
  • Promote sustainability and scalability of interventions, as well as working relationships.

Job Requirements:

  • MBA.
  • Three to five years of clinical experience in full scope MNCH/FP with recognized proficiency in business counseling skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently in districts.
  • Knowledge of competency-based training approaches preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in Sindhi language.
