Job Description:

This role will be responsible for the successful implementation and execution of technology-based delivery channel projects (such as Mobile, Web, Middleware Application and Branchless Banking) deployments. Focusing on project implementation methodologies and providing periodic project updates, seeking stake holder approvals, managing projects related internal/external communications and ensuring the completion of all the projects and its associated deliverables on given timelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Leading, coordinating and defining business processes and how they interact with client’s corporate systems by researching, analyzing and documenting existing and desired system and business requirements.
  • Executes ADC goals and strategic objectives in line with organization’s business objectives on an annual basis; translate goals into work plan for implementation.
  • Explore and recommend new channel options/ideas or improvements to existing channels through the use of technology.
  • Prepare project charters/scope, budgets and RFPs for review and buy-in of all stakeholders.
  • Evaluate solutions, organize demos, review proposals, conduct due diligence of service providers.
  • Prepare business cases/cost-benefit analysis of each new project in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Prepare project plan, track and report progress on regular basis.
  • Coordination within IS team, vendor(s), relevant stakeholders for channel implementation.
  • Coordination with other departments for design, functionality reviews, testing, training, marketing collateral, etc.
  • Ensure proactive and collaborative management to prevent delays and bottlenecks; escalate issues timely for resolution.
  • Manage pilot runs and share outcomes for further reviews and action.
