Job Description:

The clinical supervisor will report to and work under the supervision of the Senior Clinical Advisor. She will be responsible for:

  • Working in close collaboration with District Health Department and provide support for District assignment & tasks as per project requirements.
  • Assist in executing the project activities as per work plans and will help in implementation of the activities.
  • Provide support in compilation and conduction of workshops & trainings at health facilities.
  • Work in close collaboration with other stakeholders to execute the trainings / supervisions and monitoring.
  • Assisting in ensuring that all activities are carried out and that all deadlines and targets are met.
  • Assist in contributing to the reporting requirements of the project.
  • Will be responsible for all field activities.
  • Participate in and/or coordinate the timely collection and analysis of all program performance data and reports.
  • Participate in various activities and meetings at different levels as and when required.
  • Contribute to the documentation of program events such as meetings, workshops, etc.
  • Undertake visits to the Islamabad office or to the project sites as needed to support and/or supervise data collection or verify data quality.
  • Ensure compliance of Jhpiego rules and regulations at each level.

Job Requirements:

  • Female Doctor with a Basic degree of MBBS/MD or B.Sc in Nursing with vast experience in the relevant field
  • Advance degree in Gynae / Obs: or Public Health will be an additional benefit
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Punjab and Urdu.
  • Good skills and experience of working in MS Word, Excel.
  • Very good experience and skills of report writing.
  • A minimum of three years overall working experience is required
  • Minimum two years of experience of working in maternal & child health & FP RH will be preferred.
  • Candidates having previous good experience of working in various health projects will be preferred
  • Ability to travel around 50% of time to the field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
  • Ability to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality and professionalism.
